哈特菲尔德希望教会是希望国际事工(为着主耶稣基督托付的大使命成立的一间国际教会)的成员。我们鼓励会众将大使命的愿景个人化，栽培以基督为中心的门徒并建立属神的教会。

 

Hope Church Hatfield is a member of Hope International Ministries, an international church that started in obedience to the Great Commission laid down by our Lord Jesus Christ. Members are encouraged to personalize this God-given vision of fulfilling the Great Commission by building Christ-centred disciples and planting strong biblical churches.

 

这一切都是从一个小小的信念开始：神会供应所有建立教会的所需。这完全都是依靠神的带领。与此同时，教会的成员都会被鼓励尽他们的最大努力，凭着信心跟随耶稣。像在耶稣所说的比喻之一中的芥菜种子一样(马太福音 13:31-32)，能从一间小教会开始茁壮成长，以至发展更多间教会，感动大众的生命。大家都不断参与﹑学习个人传福音﹑信仰跟进﹑定期单对单的门徒训练﹑关顾小组﹑领袖训练及信仰说明。

 

These efforts start small with the belief that God will provide all the needs of the church planting team. There is a total dependence on God. Yet, at the same time, members are exhorted to do their utmost, moving in faith in tandem with God. Like the mustard seed spoken of in one of Jesus' parables, such small church-starts grow into many-membered churches touching many lives. Members are constantly involved and trained in personal evangelism, follow-up, regular one-on-one discipling, care groups, leadership training and expository.
